- You married.
- You divorced.
- When a child or grandchild becomes an adult.
- When a child or grandchild gets married.
- You started a new business.
- Changes in federal tax law or state tax law.
- Receipt of a large inheritance or gift.
- Illness or disability of you or another family member.
- Substantial changes in your net worth (either up or down).
- The guardian you named to care for minor children is no longer available.
- The guardian you named to care for minor children is no longer the best choice.
- The executor or trustee you named is no longer available.

Reviewing your estate plan regularly (and when major life events occur) will ensure that your estate will be passed on in accordance with your wishes.
